HAVE YOUR EVENT AT THE LOVELY
AFRICAN AMERICAN MUSEUM & CULTURAL CENTER
The Dunbar auditorium is now available
to accommodate all types of events. Use your imagination to
create the setting you would like for your special event or
conference. The auditorium has multi-purpose performance
space to the tune of (5,000 Sq. ft.) and can accommodate up
to 475 people for conferences.
The auditorium has a built in A/V room
loaded with all the necessary electronic equipment needed to
accommodate audio & video presentations. There is also a
large 10ft. projection screen for multi-purpose use (movies,
presentations, etc.)
Also installed are professional
theater lighting and an intelligent light board.
Professional technicians are on hand to assure you that all
your presentation needs are handled with the utmost
professional service. The space is ideal for classes,
rehearsals, workshops and stage performances.
Our staff will give you a complete
walk-thru of the space you wish to occupy for your event and
go over a client needs assessment list with you. Choose from
several room layouts, and select the one that suits your
event. What we don't have on property we will make
arrangements to try and accommodate your request.

An Evening with Sonia Sanchez

This Pima County Public Library
brings poet, Author Sonia Sanchez will read her poem
Does Your House Have Lions? with interview and book
signing to follow. American Sign Language
interpreter provided.
